Advisory Committee on University Resources Management (ACURM)

Reports

On an annual basis, ACURM reports to the University community on its actions by posting copies of all petitions it receives and recommendations it makes on this Committee website. The committee also prepares an annual report to the President that is made public.

ACURM is the successor to the previous Advisory Committee on Corporate Responsibility in Investment Practices (ACCRIP). This page includes activity conducted under ACURM and ACCRIP and is ordered according to the most recent activity of the committee.

ACURM was established in 2020. The committee, which is advisory to the president of Brown University, will prepare an annual report to the president that is made public.

ACURM shall report annually to the University community on its actions by posting copies of all petitions it receives and recommendations it makes on the Committee’s website. Depending on the nature of the petition or recommendation, the University has then responded in a range of ways, including taking action.
